FAQ’s
Q: How do I place an order on your website?
Simply add the items you’d like to your basket and proceed through the checkout. Once you complete your order, our bank details will be displayed on the final page so you can make payment. The details will also be emailed to you.
Q: Can I pay by PayPal or card?
Unfortunately, no. While our plants and seeds are fully legal to own and grow for ornamental purposes, PayPal and card payment providers currently do not permit us to use their services for all of our products.
Q: Will I receive an order confirmation email?
You will receive three emails as your order progresses:
Order Received – An automatic confirmation email will be sent once your order is placed.
Payment Received – After you’ve made payment, we’ll manually confirm receipt within 24 hours via email.
Order Dispatched – Once your order has been sent, you’ll receive a final email to let you know it’s on its way.
Postage details
All orders are dispatched via “Royal Mail Tracked 24®“. For full terms and conditions, please refer to Royal Mail’s website.
Please note: While they aim to deliver within one working day using this service, on rare occasions it can take slightly longer.
Orders are dispatched every Monday, or Tuesday if there’s been a bank holiday.
Postage is available within the UK only, excluding Northern Ireland.
Postage costs
- £5 – Seeds
- £15 – Plants
If your order includes both plants and seeds, you’ll only be charged the £15 plant rate.
Orders of £100 or more qualify for free shipping – please make sure to select this option at checkout.
