FAQ’s

Q: How does placing an order on your website work?
– Add the products you would like to your basket and go through the checkout. Once completed our bank details will be displayed on the final page to make payment.

Q: Can I pay by PayPal or card?
– Unfortunately, although our plants and seeds are legal to grow and own for ornamental purposes, PayPal and card payment providers do now allow us to use their service.

Q: When will I receive the order confirmation emails?
– You will get 3 emails…
1) After placing you order you will get an automatic email to confirm we have received it.
2) After you have sent payment we will email again to confirm we have received payment. We send this email manually as there is no way to set this up automatically. We send this email within 24 hours of receipt of payment.
3) After we have despatched your order and it’s on its way to you.

Q: What are the shipping options?
– We only post within the UK, excluding Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For more information please see our Postage info page.
